1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trademarks League website, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, or any services provided by Trademarks League, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Trademarks League offers automated software and administrative assistance for the preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications. The services include:

• Trademark Search & Global Brand Surveillance
• Application Preparation & Transmission
• Status Tracking & Automated Alerts
• Asset Maintenance & Renewal & Maintenance Management

3. Fees & Government Costs

All service fees paid to Trademarks League are separate from government filing fees (e.g., USPTO fees). You are responsible for all government fees associated with your application. Service fees are non-refundable once an application draft has been prepared or a search has been initiated, subject to our Satisfaction Guarantee.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to us. Trademarks League does not verify the truthfulness of your 'In-Use' or 'Intent-to-Use' claims. Providing false information to the USPTO can result in the cancellation of your trademark.

5. Intellectual Property

The Trademarks League name, logo, software code, and all content provided on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our platform or content without express written permission.
